Pawful Refund and Return Policy
Exchange of the purchased item should have a genuine explanation as similar to the following description: * Size issues * Damage upon delivery * Different product delivered*
Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:
a)If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
b)Product is altered
c)Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
d) There will be no cancellation before delivery after placing the order. This means that if an order has been placed you can only raise cancellation request after product is delivered . This is done to avoid fake orders.
e)Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer are dog toys and treats so returns/exchange will be allowed only within 72 hours of receipt.
